Job Description & Requirements Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75
This facility is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 1-2 weeks/month, full 7 days.
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Type of cases and required procedures: General Cardiology cases and procedures
- Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Certifications required: Must be Board Certified
- Licensure required: Must have an active Indiana license to be considered, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)(or one that is easily transferable) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
