Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2270 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is required.

Unit Details: Fast-paced general internal medicine unit caring for adult and geriatric patients with complex medical diagnoses, including special pathogens. Supports all three general medicine teaching services within the academic medical center. Includes specialty care for patients with infectious diseases as part of the Special Pathogens program.

Shift & Scheduling: Day/Night, 12-hr shifts, 0700-1930, 1900-0730 with every other weekend rotation and holidays as needed.

Floating Requirements: Float to like units.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
