Opportunity Details
Medicus has partnered with a facility in northeastern North Carolina that has an opening for an Interventional Cardiologist to assist with locum tenens coverage.
Opportunity Overview:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-5p, specific dates
- Weeknight call (5p-7a) and weekend call (7a-7a)
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Duties: Perform PCIs, stent placements, TEEs, and NUCs; interpret echos and stress tests; provide consults and daily rounds
- No STEMI or high-risk cases
- Peripheral experience preferred
- Support Staff: APP
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- DEA required
- Paid travel & expenses
