Physical Therapist Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional outpatient rehab care. In this role, you’ll manage clinic workflows, supervise and mentor therapists and support staff, and maintain high clinical and customer service standards. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload using evidence-based physical therapy, develop individualized plans of care, and coordinate with physicians and payers. The Clinic Manager also drives quality improvement, ensures regulatory compliance, tracks key performance metrics, and supports business growth while fostering CORA’s collaborative, patient‑first culture.
