• Install, maintain, and repair submersible pumps in residential properties.
• Perform plumbing tasks related to basement and crawlspace waterproofing, including the installation of drainage systems, sump pumps, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to determine proper layout and installation procedures.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and troubleshoot urgent issues promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Support Groundworks’ culture of teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing homeowner questions and concerns professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
