Opportunity:
Physician - Radiology
Job Details:
• Provide diagnostic radiology services in hospital and imaging center settings
• Handle broad general diagnostic case mix with multiple imaging modalities
• Work with XR, CT, MR, US, and Fluoroscopy equipment
• Perform light interventional radiology procedures including various biopsies
• Conduct thyroid, lung, bone, liver, and renal biopsies using CT and ultrasound guidance
• Perform drainage procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainage, chest tube, and cyst drainage
• Handle lumbar punctures including diagnostic procedures, myelograms, and epidurals
• Conduct arthrograms for knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, and ankle
• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Daily volume expectations of 90-100 studies with 60-70 wRVUs per 8-hour shift
• Board certification required
• Active PA license and DEA registration required
• Self-Query NPDB report required within 30 days of presentation
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
