Nurse Practitioner II

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Nurse Practitioner II to deliver advanced patient care across multiple facilities. In partnership with a technology-driven environment, you will perform assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe treatments using evidence-based guidelines. You will leverage robust EHR tools to coordinate care, support telehealth, and track outcomes. Working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you will educate patients, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to innovative, patient-centered models of care across our integrated health system.
