Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2250 per week.

Shift: 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - NYC Health & Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - NYC Health & Hospital.

Required Credentials - Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission. - Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institute. - Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

Special Requests - All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval). - Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

Unit Details - Direct bedside care for pre- and post-surgery patients. - Duties include telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, wound care, post-operative care, catheter insertion, discharge planning, and patient/family education.

Shift & Scheduling - No call. - Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
