Occupational Therapy Assistant – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation care in our inpatient healthcare setting. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you’ll deliver hands-on interventions to help patients regain function, independence, and confidence in daily activities. You’ll assist with evaluations, carry out individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document progress while collaborating closely with a dynamic, interdisciplinary rehab team in a nurturing and rewarding environment.
