Schedule: Weekly Rotating Shifts
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time | Overtime Available

What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting production operations throughout the facility by:
- Supporting machine crews and assisting with daily production operations
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
- Assisting with machine setups, changeovers, and production runs
- Operating conveyor systems and handling materials safely
- Moving raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Working in departments such as Corrugator, Printing, Finishing, and Shipping as needed
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Following all safety procedures, quality standards, and plant policies
- Working as part of a team to achieve production and customer goals
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operator, forklift, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required
- Individuals looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
