Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an Occupational Therapist I for acute care and inpatient rehab at our Greater Heights campus, Sun–Wed schedule. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to restore function, safety, and independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR.
