This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) or locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7a-6p
- Patients Per Day: 20
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Scope: Standard Primary Care, All Ages
- State Licensure: Active Oregon State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Board Certified.
