Reliable nanny needed for 1 year old and 4 year old

We are looking for a warm and reliable nanny to care for our 1 yo and 4 yo children in Worcester. Schedule is 3 days/week, for 15-20 hours total per week + the occasional Saturday date night, if available. We value a caregiver who is engaged with the children and attentive to their needs, interests, and developmental milestones. Our ideal nanny is nurturing, dependable, and enjoys creating a safe and fun environment for children. Responsibilities include: Engaging the children in age-appropriate play and activities; Supporting their developmental milestones and routines; Preparing simple meals/snacks for the children; Occasional light household help when time allows (ie laundry and dishes).
