Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities

Manage daily kitchen activities to ensure efficient service and seamless execution
Ensure all dishes meet consistent quality standards, highlighting Spanish-inspired cuisine
Research and development of new menu items and the rotating seasonal menus and feature specials
Lead, mentor, and support line cooks and prep team members
Enforce kitchen sanitation, safety protocols, and cleanliness regulations

Chef de Cuisine Requirements

Prior experience as an Executive Sous, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Chef
3 to 5 years in a culinary management-leadership role
Strong foundation in high-volume, scratch cooking, R&D, woodfire cookery, and menu development
Leadership and team-building skills
Up to date on industry and food trends
