As a Tax Director on BPM's Flowthrough practice with Real Estate expertise, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of some of the most sophisticated real estate investors, developers and family-owned enterprises in the market. More than a technical tax leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex partnership structures, maximize tax efficiencies, and make strategic business decisions that drive long-term growth.
You'll lead complex engagements, mentor and develop future leaders, and help expand BPM's growing Real Estate practice while building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in the Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or Wine Industry.
- Manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality products timely and efficiently.
- Deliver and Develop innovative financial planning ideas that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Oversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries.
- Develop recommendations and implementation plans for clients and team members.
- Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and provide counseling, leadership and career guidance.
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in public accounting in Tax.
- BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master degree preferred).
- Licensed CPA or EA certified
- Extensive experience with flow-through taxation.
- Experience specializes in real estate taxation
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates proactive thinking and a strong desire to learn.
- Extensive experience in researching tax issues and exposure to a variety of flow-through tax issues.
