Full job description
Are you motivated by solving complex financial challenges and driving results with analytical precision? At CIM Group, you’ll play a key role in shaping the performance and strategy of a national commercial real estate credit portfolio.
We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented team member to join our Loan Servicing and Closing group. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of loans, lead daily servicing activities along with the associated debt, assist in closing of new originations, and partner closely with teams across investments, legal, development, loan resource group, compliance, treasury and accounting. Your work will directly influence decision‑making and help optimize the value of multifaceted, multimillion‑dollar assets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Loan Servicing
Repurchase Facilities/Back Leverage
Other Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all money movements are funded in compliance with loan documents and company policies.
- Ensure appropriate set-up, maintenance, and closing of all required bank accounts tied to assigned portfolio.
- Ensure all data and information related to lending activities is entered into loan servicing system accurately and timely.
- Coordinate the payment of all pass-through expenditures from related vendors for the assigned portfolio.
- May also assist with the closing of new originations. Duties include tracking of good faith deposits, ordering/review of various due diligence reports, coordinating insurance reviews/approvals, running background checks to achieve internal KYC/AML compliance, setup of any required bank accounts, review various legal documents, coordinate the settlement statement with title companies, obtain any approvals needed for closing/funding, and accurately on board the loans.
