Job Description:

We're looking for a Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that keep our operation running smoothly. From conveyors and controls to plant-floor technology, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance.
What You'll Do
🔧 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve automation and equipment issues
⚡ Respond quickly to alarms, system alerts, and operational interruptions
🛠 Perform preventive maintenance to stop problems before they happen
📈 Calibrate and optimize plant-floor devices for maximum efficiency
🤝 Partner with maintenance teams to identify solutions and reduce downtime
🚀 Help drive continuous improvement across our automation systems
What Makes You a Great Fit
✅ Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred
✅ Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, controls, or automation systems
✅ Understanding of networking fundamentals, motor controls, and AC/DC electrical systems
✅ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills
✅ A passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
Schedule Requirements
🕒 Monday through Friday
3:00 AM start time • 6:30 PM start time
📍 Candidates must currently reside within the local geographic area. Relocation assistance is not available.
