Office RN

Mohawk Valley Health System is seeking an Office RN to support ambulatory patient care in a collaborative, patient-first environment. The Office RN will perform clinical assessments, triage patient calls, prepare patients for visits, administer vaccines and medications, and assist providers during exams and minor procedures. Responsibilities include care coordination, patient education, documentation in EMR, and reinforcing care plans. The nurse actively supports quality initiatives, safety standards, and continuous improvement, contributing to a compassionate, team-based culture that serves the Mohawk Valley community.
