You'll craft compelling appeals, manage donor data, and design strategies that grow giving year over year — all while working closely with our Communications, Philanthropy, and Finance teams.

What You'll Do

  • Write compelling content — Create donor-centered appeals, newsletters, acknowledgements, and event materials that tell our story and inspire giving
  • Own donor data — Oversee the donor database and gift processing, ensuring records are accurate and financials reconcile with our Finance team
  • Turn data into strategy — Analyze giving trends, retention, and campaign performance to sharpen future fundraising decisions
  • Run events & grants — Plan fundraising events from budget to execution, and help manage our grant strategy and submissions
  • Build relationships — Spend time in our communities getting to know residents, families, and team members

What We're Looking For

  • Strong writer and communicator who can craft a compelling case for support
  • Experience with donor databases, gift processing, and fundraising analytics
