Position Highlights

• Acute care at a mission-driven non-profit health system

• Treat across ICU, PICU, trauma, neuro, post-surgical, and joint replacement

• ~11 patients/day, 30-min treatments, no rigid quotas
• Flexible scheduling (5x8s or 4x10s), minimal weekends, ~20 days PTO

About the Role
We're partnered with a respected not-for-profit health system to hire a full-time PT for their acute care department. You'll get true clinical variety, a patient-first pace, and leadership that invests in your growth. Cross-training is encouraged to build versatile hospital skills, and structured new-grad onboarding with dedicated mentorship makes for a smooth transition. CEU assistance, education days, and clear internal growth pathways round it out.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or pending licensure)
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome
• Team-first communicator with a passion for hospital-based care
• Evidence-informed, patient-centered approach
