Full job description
We are seeking a full-time Executive Director to join our team at Overlake Terrace Assisted Living & Memory Care in Redmond, WA. - Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (DOE)

Your Role
As Executive Director, you are responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and operational health of Overlake Terrace.
- Responsible for the overall management, leadership, growth, and profitability of the community.
- Plan, develop, direct, monitor, and support all operational, administrative, health & wellness, human resources, customer service, and fiscal activities to ensure quality and consistency with Stellar's standards.
- Achieve and maintain stabilized occupancy through effective marketing, resident engagement, and exceptional service delivery.
- Foster a community environment that reflects Stellar's values of care, compassion, and excellence.
- Develop and retain high-performing department heads through coaching, accountability, and professional development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and healthcare providers in the greater community.
- Partner with Stellar's regional leadership to stay ahead of industry trends and drive sustained community success.
- Actively promote Stellar's mission, philosophies, and values in all daily interactions.
Qualifications
- Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (required)
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of success as an Executive Director in senior living or long-term care
- Proven history of leading communities to full occupancy
- Expertise across all aspects of senior living management — operations, care, customer service, and financial performance
- Strong relationship-building skills with residents, families, and the broader community
- Leadership excellence: you lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best

Washington Pay Transparency
The expected pay range for this position is $110,000 – $140,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
