Overview

APC specializing in the management of care and coordination of Thoracic patient and clinics under supervision of physician/surgeon. Assist surgeon with all Thoracic cases.

Responsibilities

Management of Thoracic patients and delivery of care to the patient throughout the continuum of care. Coordination of Pulmonary Nodule, Oncology, Lung Cancer and Pleurx Catheter Clinics Assist surgeon with all Thoracic surgical cases Perform preoperative assessments, history and physicals, education and counseling of patients as well as person representatives regarding patient‘s disease and health issue in office and inpatient setting. Initiate post-operative inpatient management as well as office follow-up post discharge.
