Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2570 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Centra Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials Required certifications and licensure cannot expire within 30 days of the potential start date to apply.

Preferred Skills/Experience Teaching hospital experience preferred.

Special Requests All RTO requests must be included at submission.

Unit Details Charge responsibility may be required. 60% orthopedic and 40% general medical patient population. Teaching hospital environment with frequent interaction with students and new hires.

Shift & Scheduling Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. 2 to 3 weekends per month, based on unit need. Must work at least one major holiday: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and/or New Year’s Day.
