Key Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient care history, evaluations, and progress thoroughly to ensure effective treatment planning.
- Develop individual treatment plans for patients with various conditions, including temporary and long-term disabilities, focusing on pain alleviation, functional restoration, and healing promotion.
- Implement treatment interventions and continuously monitor patient responses, adjusting care as necessary to align with established goals.
- Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on treatment protocols, exercises, and methods to encourage adherence and enhance recovery.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Ensure compliance with facility procedures and state/federal regulations by keeping up-to-date with documentation and administrative tasks.
- Participate actively in team meetings to discuss new treatment modalities, share patient insights, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
