Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2500 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >90 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Baystate Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1-2 years of experience required. Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Unit Details: Admission/discharge nurse and patient ambulator on unit. Respiratory therapist and security available 24/7. No IV team or RRT team. Expected ratios: Days 5-6 patients, nights 6-7 patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and holiday requirements based on unit needs; every other weekend at most.

Floating Requirements: Float as needed to Surge Unit or Emergency Department to manage Med/Surg patients unable to come to the Med/Surg floor.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
