Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics | Grand Rapids, MI

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Grand Rapids, MI - Cascade Clinic

Salary: $77,000-$95,000 (pending experience)

Bonuses: $5,000Sign-on and Monthly Incentives

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Cascade. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong clinical skills, and a desire to grow professionally.   • Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
  • Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners
  • Oversee and support care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation technicians
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries

  • Graduate or upcoming graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current or upcoming Michigan PT license
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
