Full job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate, licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide goal-focused interventions to improve mobility, self-care, and independence. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, document progress in EMR, and support safe discharge planning.
