Location: San Antonio, TX 78249
Pay Rate: $22.68/hour + Shift Premiums (where applicable)
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Duration: Long-Term Temporary Assignment (8-12 Months) with Potential for Permanent Conversion

Available Shifts
1st Shift

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

2nd Shift

• 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Scheduling Requirements

• Operations run 7 days per week
• Weekend availability is required for many positions
• Employees may have two days off during the week depending on business needs and assigned schedules

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
• Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns
• Document interactions accurately in company systems
• Follow established procedures and service guidelines
• Meet attendance, productivity, and quality expectations
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX
• Flexibility to work assigned schedules, including weekends as needed

Preferred

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Training

• Paid training provided
• Training schedules are expected to align with assigned shifts
• Multiple training classes will be scheduled as hiring ramps up
