Full job description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies for the designated role and market.
- Develop detailed sourcing strategies by identifying passive and active potential candidates using professional and social networking tools, employee/candidate referrals, industry user groups, web sourcing, and ATS searches.
- Leverage your thorough knowledge of Learfield’s business and culture to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunities the company can offer.
- Influence key stakeholders via recommendations based on historical data, current market knowledge and labor trends to driving hiring decisions.
- Closely follow defined TA processes to deliver a quality and consistent client/candidate experience.
- Maintain 100% data integrity in all TA systems.
- Lead and/or participate in various HR and TA projects to drive business function capabilities across the enterprise.
- Other Talent Acquisition Projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in search or corporate TA space, preferably recruiting for positions across multiple locations/levels.
- Previous experience using Workday ATS.
- Advanced ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience building proactive pipelines utilizing networking channels like Linked in Recruiter.
- Demonstrated skill in providing an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills; independent thinker and operator.
- Results driven and enjoys working in a collaborative team-based environment.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Experience leading talent acquisition related projects.
