The Crown Is Yours
As an Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of DraftKings’ prediction markets. Working at the intersection of regulation, surveillance, and operations, you’ll help ensure our markets are fair, compliant, and built to scale. From overseeing trade practice surveillance to partnering directly with regulators, your expertise will help shape a trusted, future-ready exchange in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
What you’ll do
Conduct day-to-day trade practice surveillance and support the onboarding of new customers.
Assist with the composition of regulatory filings to the CFTC in a timely and accurate manner.
Continually review and update the policies and procedures of the exchange for compliance with the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations.
Identify, investigate, and escalate potential trade practice violations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Partner closely with the regulatory team on all matters related to trade practice violations, including investigations and regulatory reporting.
Monitor market participation, relevant news, and the economic performance of industries underlying exchange contracts.
Provide rotational coverage during market hours to ensure continuous and effective market surveillance.
What you’ll bring
At least 1 year of experience in market regulation or compliance within a DCM, exchange, broker-dealer, or regulatory oversight body.
Strong attention to detail and accountability when working sensitive or time-critical data.
Flexibility to support rotating shifts during live market coverage windows.
Familiarity with case management and market surveillance tooling is preferred.
Interest in prediction markets, sports trading, or financial markets.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 56,000.00 USD - 70,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
