StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures: Patient exams and treatment planning (chemo prescribing, documentation, and billing).
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-45 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Hematology, Medical Oncology, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure required: Ohio State License
