24-hour pager call -- true bid system schedule
Avg 672 deliveries per year -- approx 60 births per month
Level II nursery -- delivering 34 weeks and above only
LDRP and postpartum beds available on unit
C-section, vaginal, breech, and multiple birth deliveries required
Office GYN procedures required -- IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cryosurgery
Laser certification required
Hospital privileges required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
