8 am - 5 pm schedule with excellent work-life balance
Minimal call schedule shared among providers statewide
RN call center handles calls, only urgent cases reach physician
See 10 - 12 patients daily in senior primary care
Value-based care experience preferred
eClinicalWorks and HEDIS experience valued
Board-certified or board-eligible required
DEA license required
