Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2540 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: You will be required to complete a pass/fail Tele exam during Orientation. Passing Score is 80% and you are given 1 attempt to pass. If you do not pass, you will be cancelled from the assignment. You will be required to complete a pass/fail Medication exam during Orientation. Passing Score is 80% and you are given 1 attempt to pass. If you do not pass, you will be cancelled from the assignment.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prior PCU experience is preferred.

Unit Details: The unit includes Telemetry/medical-surgical and PCU step-down areas, with a thoracic focus in the PCU area. Patient ratios are 4-5:1 for Med/Surg and 3:1 for PCU on day and evening shifts; at night, ratios are 6:1 for Med/Surg and 3:1 for PCU.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: EOW/EOH.

Floating Requirements: Floats to other inpatient units, as needed.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
