As a Process Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues. You'll also measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns. Process Engineers collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and become familiar with implementing new technologies and products. You will experiment, learn, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries, partnering with our globally recognized R&D teams on state-of-the-art research and development projects.
Role Responsibilities:
Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on a wide range of complex process engineering experiments for multiple products
Utilize techniques, define methods, and apply new technologies to characterize hardware, and/or perform hardware characterization on a high number of complex systems for multiple products
Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, technical reports and create process engineering specifications
Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects, within safety guidelines
Train engineers in measurement techniques of film properties and guide them in the interpretation of the data, new methodologies, troubleshooting techniques and issue resolution
Communicate and engage with customers to resolve a broad spectrum of complex process engineering issues, with limited supervision
Design and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation
Identify, select, and partner with vendors and suppliers with limited to no supervision
Lead functional teams or projects, as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
7-10 years of related experience
Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives to enhance tool performance, process stability, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for process, hardware, and defect-related issues.
- Support customer escalations by providing timely technical analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution plans.
- Develop and optimize process recipes to improve yield, defectivity, and operational performance.
- Execute qualification activities for new hardware, software, and process changes while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
