Summary:
Join a growing healthcare system at LifeBridge Health's Northwest Hospital as a Nursing Technician on our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). If you're passionate about patient-centered care and want to grow in a supportive clinical environment-this is the opportunity for you.
The Progressive Care Unit is a cornerstone of acute patient care, managing 35+ patients with diverse needs including telemetry monitoring, complex cardiac procedures, and medical-surgical recovery.
JOB SUMMARY: Functions under the supervision of the RN in a cooperative effort with the health care team to assist in providing a variety of patient care related duties. Maintains the standards of nursing care for all patients and implements the policies and procedures of the unit, Hospital and Nursing Department.
Essential:
* Certified Nursing Assistant I License
* Certified Nursing Assistant II License
Experience:
Less than one year experience
Basic computer skills; Synquest; Medical terminology; Hoyer lift; Communication devices; Specialty beds; Automatic B/P cuff; GNA / CNA Licensure; BLS CPR card from AHA.
Pay Range: $20.00 to $27.29 Based On Experience
