Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - MUSC Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - MUSC Health.

Additional Details:

If your start date is within 90 days, you must complete all labs within 72 hours of signing an offer with MUSC.

Required Skills/Experience Proficient in coronary diagnostic/intervention scrub and monitor. Fuji Vidistar required. Community hospital experience is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience MAC Lab preferred.

Unit Details Adult and geriatric patient population. Diagnostic & interventional coronary cath, diagnostic and interventional vascular, angioplasty, shockwave, temp pacer, IABP, Impella, carotid angiogram, atherectomy, intravascular US (IVUS), FFR/IFR, pericardiocentesis, and cardiac biopsies. Runs 4 to 5 labs per day with 2 CVT per lab; around 20 cases per day.

Shift & Scheduling Will work 4x10-hour day shifts (0700-1730), but may stay until procedures are complete. Call required: one weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) per month and a call shift and evening shift every week. Call requirements may change based on staffing needs. Holidays as needed.

Special Requests RTO is due at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs. Any candidate that has 7+ days and/or includes holiday RTO will have to be submitted to the facility for approval and can delay the process. Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season. If unavailable for emergency response duties, please do not confirm new assignments or extensions during this period. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
