Position Summary
We are seeking a Primary Care / Family Practice Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, collaborative, and entrepreneurial-minded-someone who is open to implementing new procedures (including in-office sleep studies) and interested in growing alongside the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and routine physical exams
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure excellent patient care
Participate in the implementation of new clinical services and procedures, including sleep studies and women's health
Contribute ideas and support initiatives aimed at growing the clinic and expanding service offerings
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible for or currently holding a Texas medical license
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Openness to learning and implementing new procedures , including in-office diagnostics and sleep studies
Interest in practice growth, service expansion, and long-term clinic development
Prior experience in outpatient primary care or family practice
Entrepreneurial mindset or interest in leadership opportunities
