Join our team- we are hiring a (Contract) - Outpatient Surgery Scheduler for Glendale/Century City FLOAT Supporting two doctors.

This position is a full-time, M-F, 830a-5p, and contract to hire in 5 months
Pay: $25-29 per hour

Job Details

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, No weekends
Hours: 830a-5pm
Contract: Temp-to-hire, 6-months (with option to get hired on permanently after contract)
Location: In-person/On-site

Must Have:

Must pass background check
Must pass drug test (medical marijuana card is not accepted)
Must be comfortable working multiple locations as needed

What you’ll do:

Schedule surgeries and procedures
Call patients and confirm details
Work with doctors and clinics
Handle insurance and paperwork
