- Enhanced Sign-On Bonus
- Per Diem travelers considered
- Level II NICU with plans to advance to Level III designation
- Average daily census of 5
- On-site physician coverage 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.; NNP coverage 2 p.m. - 8 a.m. with physician call-in (30-minute response time)
- Full-time schedule with equitable call rotation
- Supported by hospital-based Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and a dedicated NICU nursing team
- Practice within a modern Women & Newborn Center featuring spacious birthing suites, midwife-assisted deliveries, and couplet care

Candidate Requirements - M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain
