Charge Nurse

Parkersburg Care Center seeks a Charge Nurse, RN to lead unit-based nursing care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The Charge Nurse coordinates and oversees clinical care, supervises nursing staff, and ensures residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized services. Responsibilities include resident assessment, medication administration, care planning, and timely documentation. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support rehab goals, long-term care needs, and family communication while promoting a respectful, resident-focused culture and regulatory compliance.
