Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to oversee high-quality ultrasound services within our integrated, patient-centered health system. In this key role, you will perform advanced diagnostic ultrasound exams, coordinate daily workflow, and provide clinical leadership to sonography staff. You’ll collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to support accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes. The Lead Sonographer also champions safety, quality improvement, and staff development, while modeling Wellstar’s values of compassion, integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
