What You Will Get to Do: - Manage Day-to-day activity of the Quality department in the manufacturing and Distribution Center
- Prepare, lead, and determine customer corrective actions with the operations staff
- Establish internal audits drive ISO 9001 Certification compliance and follow up activity
- Prepare and follow department budgets forecasts, and annual operating plans
- Assure the department and administration of verification procedures, reports and sampling plans
- Provide Quality System mentorship and leadership for all shifts
- Report quality results to all relevant parties and maintain quality records/documentation
What You Will Bring: - 5 years of demonstrated work experience in a manufacturing Quality department leading a team
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with quality systems, tools databases and statistical process controls
- Ability to mentor, facilitate an lead problem solving methodology
- Project Management skills
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Engineer, Quality Engineering
