Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in .NET, C#, Azure, microservices, REST APIs, and test automation. The role will focus on developing scalable applications, building automated testing solutions, and supporting reliable software delivery within an Agile, AI-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
• Experience with Azure cloud-native technologies and Azure migration.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth2, microservices, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with automated testing, unit testing, TDD, and CI/CD.
• Experience building API test automation frameworks for REST-based APIs.
• Strong SQL Server and database skills.
• Understanding of queuing, multithreading, multitasking, and distributed computing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
• Strong understanding of security and privacy for financial data.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks covering functional, integration, system, end-to-end, API, and database testing.
• Develop intelligent testing capabilities such as automated test generation, defect prediction, and self-healing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote development and QA best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, fraud detection, risk management, or compliance systems.
• Knowledge of fraud case management, transaction scoring, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects or technical publications.
