Registered Nurse

Rutherford Regional Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. The RN will provide compassionate, evidence-based care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and patient education. Responsibilities include coordinating care with physicians and the healthcare team, monitoring patient progress, updating care plans, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
