Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field of study required.
Master’s degree preferred.
Relevant Oracle, cloud, enterprise architecture, project delivery, or professional certifications are a plus.
Work Experiences
8+ years of experience in ERP solutions, enterprise applications, solution architecture, systems integration, or major systems implementation required.
5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Financial Systems preferred.
Experience designing and integrating solutions in cloud, hybrid cloud, and enterprise application environments required.
Direct experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management required.
Implementation experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials required, including at least two full life cycle implementations.
Exposure to finance transformation programs, SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks required.
Retail industry experience preferred.
Skills
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable technical architecture and design specifications.
Ability to evaluate solution alternatives and make recommendations for balancing functionality, security, scalability, maintainability, and total cost of ownership.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials, Oracle EBS, ERP integrations, security, data flow, and enterprise application architecture.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, consensus-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Direct identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options.
Translate business requirements into detailed, scalable, secure, and integrated technical architecture.
Participate in Architecture Review Board, Solution Review Board, and related governance processes.
Articulate architecture decisions and tradeoffs behind solution recommendations.
Contribute to enterprise architectural standards, reusable design patterns, principles, and governance practices.
Review financial business processes and translate them into scalable solution architecture recommendations.
Lead business analysis, solution design, integration design, security analysis, and change management activities.
Develop and maintain technical specifications and system documentation.
Support production stability, issue resolution, enhancements, and optimization activities.
Research technology trends and lead or support proofs of concept and innovation initiatives.
Lead discussions with project and business teams to document requirements and make solution recommendations.
