Retail Staff Pharmacist

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will deliver safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services in a fast-paced retail environment. You will verify and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and provide counseling on medications and over-the-counter products. You’ll ensure full compliance with federal, state, and company regulations while supervising pharmacy technicians and supporting daily operations. Using clinical judgment and MTM services, you’ll help optimize patient outcomes, manage drug interactions, and maintain accurate records and inventory, all while providing friendly, accessible care to the community.
