Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred. Experience with musculoskeletal and orthopedic diagnoses preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Prior travel or per diem clinic experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details Shift Hours: AM 8. Workweek: 5 shifts per week. Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
