Automotive or Commercial Truck Service Advisor, Shop Foreman, or Service Manager Experience Required

Milea Truck Sales & Leasing is looking for an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager by assisting customers, coordinating workflow between advisors and technicians, helping ensure repairs are completed efficiently, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Whether you're an experienced Service Advisor looking to advance into management, or you already have experience as an Assistant Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and/or Service Manager, we'd like to hear from you. Experience in commercial trucks is a plus, but candidates from automotive dealerships are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operation of the Service Department
• Greet customers and ensure an exceptional service experience
• Prepare repair orders and communicate repair recommendations
• Coordinate workflow between Service Advisors and Technicians
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Support the Service Manager in achieving departmental performance goals
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience as an Automotive or Commercial Truck Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and/or Service Manager required
• Familiarity with Volvo, Hino, Workhorse, Fuso, GMC, BYD, Battle Motors, and Isuzu brands preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
