Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

LewisGale Medical Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab Unit. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based nursing care to adults requiring intensive rehabilitation following surgery, stroke, injury, or complex medical events. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, medication administration, wound and post-surgical care, and patient/family teaching. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, support safe transitions of care, and participate in quality and safety initiatives in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
